Al-Anon helps friends and families of alcoholics recover from the effects of living with the problem drinking of a relative or friend. The focus is on you, not the alcoholic. The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism with a friend or relative. There are no dues or fees.
Alateen is the recovery program for young people affected by someone else's drinking.

On Tuesday, Sept. 11, the Delta County Board of Commissioners called a special meeting to consider the board's response to the Bureau of Land Management's preliminary Environmental Assessment (EA) concerning the lease parcels proposed for the December BLM sale.
