An art walk will take place Friday, Oct. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m. in downtown Delta.
Work of Fred Honchell will be at the 4th and Main Exchange, 365 Main Street, Seth Weber and Audrey Corrine's art will be presented at Doghouse Espresso at 449 Main Street, watercolors by Dani Tupper and photography by Joe Niehuser are to be featured at Gallery De La Luz at 128 Palmer and Jeanne Stortz's mixed media and oils will be displayed at Good Vibrations in Columbine Village Mall at 326 Main Street. Masters Gallery in the Columbine Mall is also participating.

On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
