Buck Krumholt

Marvin "Buck" C. Krumholt died Sept. 15, 2017, at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. He was 80.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta with Pastor Jim Jesser officiating.

Mr. Krumholt was born Nov. 8, 1936, in Baton Rouge, La., to Willie and Edith (Meyers) Krumholt. He spent his childhood and attended school in Baker, La.

Mr. Krumholt served in the U.S. Marine Corps and enjoyed traveling, snowmobiling, hunting, boating, RV'ing, motorcycling with friends and being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Joyce Krumholt; sons, Jerry Krumholt and Marvin Krumholt; stepson, Joseph Imler (Forrest); one daughter, Traci Henderson (Herchel); three brothers, Selby Krumholt, Phillip Krumholt and Donald Krumholt; one sister, Margaret Krumholt; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeanne Kernen; sisters, Evelyn Krumholt and Gloria Martin; and brothers, William "Bill" Krumholt and Shellie Krumholt.
