Grand Valley cut the Bruins' lead in half with a touchdown in the third period. Cedaredge failed to score in the third and led 14-7 going to the last quarter.
Two touchdowns and a safety, credited to Ethan Fritchman, produced the game's final 16 points to produce a 30-7 win for the Bruins.
Tyler Cooper ran the ball 26 times for 169 yards and one of four Bruins' touchdowns. Christian Reynolds had 47 yards and a touchdown while Jacob Ostrom was good for 54 yards and a touchdown.
Cedaredge's fourth touchdown came on a 67-yard catch-and-run play from Ostrom to Isaac Swoffer.
