The Festival Market, offering a vast variety of locally-harvested produce, locally-produced foods and other products, opens at 4 p.m. Friday and runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, local growers and producers welcome visitors as part of the self-guided farm tours.

The Drink Locally Tent at Paonia Town Park will offer a variety of locally- and Colorado-produced wines, beers, hard ciders for the 21-and-over crowd, as well as local juices.

For a change of scenery, catch a shuttle to Delicious Orchards. Located just outside of town, Delicious offers a variety of homemade goods and locally-grown products, camping, live music, and a comfortable place to hang out. Shuttles stop at Paonia High School, Town Park and downtown at Third and Grand. Check the schedule for details.

Throughout the weekend eight wineries and nine farms will open for tours organized with help of the Valley Organic Growers Association. The Paonia Bicycle Club will offer free guided rides for all abilities to various locations throughout the area. Call 527-3550 or 208-3803 to register and for details.
