Colorow receives Pinnacle's Customer Experience Award

Colorow Care Center, an Olathe-based provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing, is the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight's 2017 Customer Experience Award™. Colorow qualified for the award in the categories of activities, quality of food, dining service, cleanliness, overall satisfaction, nursing care, professional therapy service, individual needs, communication from facility, dignity and respect and recommend to others.
Jenny Thomas, nursing home administrator of Colorow Care Center, said, "It was such an honor to hear such positive feedback from the residents and families we so proudly serve. We continue to strive to deliver excellent care to our community."
Throughout its 38-year history of serving the community, Colorow has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2016, a sampling of Colorow's customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Colorow in specific categories.
Every month, Colorow has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the resident's needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Colorow has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident's experience.
