The Panthers' earned wins over Coal Ridge, 63-51, on Friday and powered past Olathe, 46-28 last Saturday. Delta has been without the services of senior Aubrey Jones who averaged 10.7 points per game through nine games prior to her ankle injury which sidelined her.
Sara Geddes continues to lead the Panthers scoring attack with 13 points per game. Missa Webb has scored at an 8.8 clip per game with Keely Porter scoring 6.6 and Jenna Sutliff 6.2 points per game.
The Panther boys have won four of their last six ball games and have a 9-4 overall record with a 3-2 3A WSL mark. Last week's play resulted in a loss to Coal Ridge, 70-48, and an 84-70 win in Olathe on Saturday.
Panthers 63, Titans 51
Delta was in control from the start and led by five after the first period and held a 33-20 lead as teams headed to their locker rooms for halftime.

Delta 46, Olathe 28
The Panthers came out slowly in the opening minutes against Olathe and the Pirates took advantage to build a five-point lead after one period of action.
Olathe lost its edge offensively in the middle quarters and trailed 37-19 going to the final stanza. The 18-point difference going into the fourth quarter stayed the same as each team scored nine points to close the game.
Geddes scored 15 points to lead Delta's offense and Sutlif added nine. Myrisa Mitchell had Olathe's highest scoring numbers with eight points.
Titans 70, Delta 48
Sometimes when a team runs up against a tough opponent it gets ugly. Coal Ridge had a tremendous outing against the visiting Panthers last Friday night in New Castle. The Titans took advantage of most of Deltas' mistakes and missed shots to race to a 36-11 halftime lead.
What had been effective earlier in the season wasn't in New Castle. Shots taken on drives to the basket fell short or bad passes and other turnovers thwarted Delta's usually potent offense.
Delta found vestiges of its old self in the fourth quarter but was unable to overcome the early deficit in the lopsided 70-48 loss.
Logan Freed scored nine of his team-high 14 points in the fourth quarter leading the Panthers on a 23-12 run. Jonathan Robinson was next high in scoring with eight points followed by John Ames and Jaspar Carmichael who finished with seven points each.
Coal Ridge's Brandon Herrera tossed in 20 points and Kevin DiMarco added another 15 to lead the Titans' offense.
Delta 84, Olathe 70
The Panthers built an early double-digit lead against the Pirates on Saturday and withstood a blistering outside shooting display in the fourth quarter to win 84-70.
Delta's defense provided plenty of scoring opportunities in the early going with the Panthers taking a 28-13 lead to the second quarter. Freed's 10 first quarter points highlighted first half play for Delta. Carmichael's seven-point effort in the second quarter helped the Panthers take a 47-25 lead to the locker room at the half.
Delta coach Rob Ames told his players at halftime the probability of Olathe coming out in the second half and trying to shoot their way back into the game came true.
Olathe's EJ Ruiz scored seven points while teammates MacKenzie Cox and Jorge Gonzalez added six points each in the third quarter to lead the Pirates on a 21-12 run.
Gonzalez continued his scoring run in the fourth quarter with three 3s helping keep the Pirates close to Delta. Gonzalez finished with six threes for the Pirates and had 24 points in the game. Olathe finished the game with 10 three-point goals (eight of them coming in the second half).
Delta played well down the stretch and managed to match runs by the Pirates to hold on for the important 3A WSL win.
Freed finished with 23 points for Delta with Carmichael dropping in four 3s to finish with 16 points. Andrew Baier was a key to Delta's fourth-quarter success with his 12 points leading the way. Baier also finished with 16 points.
Other than Gonzalez's game-high 24 points, the Pirates got 17 counters from Ruiz, and Cox added 15 more.
