Tiffany L. Patton, 21, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct. Brenda L. Patton, 49, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct.
Stephanie D. Wilding, 45, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 92 at Meeker Street. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Christopher M. Watkins, 26, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged animal cruelty.
A request has been filed with the district attorney charging Kenny J. Pratte, 54, of Delta with possession of explosives or incendiary devices and fourth degree arson.
Donald L. Hoskins Sr., 73, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged reckless driving after being involved in a single vehicle crash on South Main Street at Confluence Drive. No injuries were reported or observed. The vehicle was not towed from the scene.
Cortney A.R. Ferganchick, 28, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failed to maintain a single lane of travel after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported or observed. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Shawn S. Lewis, 31, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $250 bond.
Kris A. Thomas, 32, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct. Jesse C. Weatherford, 33, of Delta was also issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct.
Jason R. Hinchman, 38, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed for alleged obstructing government operations.
Brent D. West, 30, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged violation of protection order (three counts).
Citations: Six tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, two for speeding.

The theft of a Rock Island Armory .38 special was reported from a home on Ute Trail Road north of Cedaredge.
Sheriff's deputies assisted the Cedaredge Police Department with the apprehension of an alleged "Peeping Tom" on SW 2nd Avenue. The suspect fled on foot but was caught and arrested.
A single car rollover occurred on Highway 92 near Hidden Mesa Road in Austin shortly after 5 a.m. The driver suffered only minor injuries.
A Crawford resident noticed that the lock had been popped off his snowmobile trailer. He had not determined if anything had been stolen.
Sonny Antrillo, 31, of Delta was issued a summons for third degree trespass after a homeowner on Fruitland Mesa Road, Crawford, reported he was hanging around his place and wouldn't leave.
A motorist headed toward Grand Junction on Highway 50 pulled to the side of the road at milepost 65 after noticing his van was filling with smoke. Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers happened to be first on the scene and used their fire extinguisher to put out the blaze. The van was towed from the scene.
Lori Southard-Huston, 51, of Cedaredge was charged with felony menacing and domestic violence after allegedly picking up a small knife and threatening to stab her husband during a fight.
During a domestic argument on Happy Hollow Road, a male suspect allegedly got a .22 rifle and threatened to shoot out the female victim's car tires as she was leaving. There is currently no evidence he fired the weapon. The case is under investigation.
A 53-year-old Hotch-kiss woman became separated from her kayak while on the Gunnison River Sunday afternoon. She made it to an island in the river and was rescued by the Hotchkiss Fire District.
