From the Delta Police Department:
Karina J. Atchley, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
Kenneth W. Lindley, 75, of Eckert was issued a ticket for alleged changed lanes when unsafe after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 100 block of Confluence Drive. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Bradon L. Davis, 21, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
Jaydine McMahan, 54, of New Mexico was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Todd J. Hedrick, 21, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $15,000 bond.
Jerek S. Dowell, 34, of Brush was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Robert C. Shilts, 22, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $10,000 bond.
David Hampton, 66, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged limitations on backing after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 100 block of E. 5th Street. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Armando Aparicio, 28, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged following too closely, failed to report accident, fleeing the scene, drove motor vehicle while license revoked and failed to present evidence of insurance after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 92 at Highway 50. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Robert J. Thibodeaux, 46, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Erric L. West, 20, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Lora G. Reddell, 46, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged failed to signal 100 feet prior to turn, DUI and DUI per se.
Phillip J. Harper, 31, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, DUI per se and drove motor vehicle while license suspended.
Jeremy M. Bray, 36, of Paonia was arrested and jailed for alleged displayed expired license plates, owner operated uninsured motor vehicle and DUI.

From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
A two-vehicle accident occurred at Highway 65 and Justice Road, Austin, at about 2:30 p.m. Both drivers, Christine Jantzen and Michael Anderton, were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The Colorado State Patrol is handling the investigation.
A vehicle driven by Debra Howland, 73, ran into the Crawford Post Office building at about 1 p.m. She was not injured. The car's front tires came to rest on the workroom floor on the north side of the building. After the building was secured and deemed stable, the post office re-opened for business. The driver was not charged.
The theft of a generator, lantern and propane tank was reported from a residence on S. Grand Mesa Drive, Cedaredge.
The remains of a deceased individual were moved from a grave on private property near Paonia, to the Paonia Cemetery. A family member called the sheriff's office to ask about the legality of the move. No crime was committed and he was told to pursue the matter through civil channels.
A fire was reported on F Road at about 10 p.m. Deputies determined the property owner was burning trash, which is not allowed in Delta County. A warning was issued.
A resident of Pioneer Road reported a dog had killed 12 of his exotic pheasants during the night. The dog was no longer on the premises, and it's unknown where it came from.
Deputies responded to a complaint about a loud party on the front deck of a house in Austin. When they arrived on the scene at 2 a.m., they found five teenagers. Summons were issued to two individuals for possession of alcohol by an underage person.
