Delta won at 1 Singles over Cedaredge's Clarity Call 6-6 (7-5) 4-6, 0-0 (12-10).
Samantha Ribbens won the 2 Singles match 6-0 and 6-4 (over Cassidy Parker) for the Bruins and Cedaredge's Sarah Tullis was the winner at 3 Singles 6-4, 2-6 0-0 (10-8).
Cedaredge's Addison Schwarz and Sabrina Gilmore were winners in 1 Doubles play 6-2, 4-6, 0-0 (10-8).
Delta won the match by earning wins in the remaining three sets; 2 Doubles over Olivia McCrackin and Caitlyn Bowen 6-6 (7-5), 3-6, 0-0 (10-3); 3 Doubles over Megan Branson and Payton Donahue 7-5 and 6-2 and 4 Doubles over Niala Stair and Daizy McCarty 6-3 and 6-4.
On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
