The 2016 high school baseball season is underway. Delta's Panthers hosted their annual baseball tournament, with three teams joining the Panthers in a two-day tournament. Bear Creek (Class 5A) and Fort Morgan High School (Class 4A) were two Colorado participants in last weekend's tournament action. The Emery Spartans, out of Castle Dale, Utah, are a Class 2A team sporting a 1-3 record in early season play.
