Don't risk American lives with mass immigration

Dear Editor:

What are the objectives of President Obama increasing the rate of Syrian refugee settlement into the USA to as many as possible before he's gone? Hillary also supports it.

The goal of immigration is to bring those with skills to benefit the USA, not for us to benefit the needy. The heads of the FBI, Homeland Security and the CIA have all said there is no way to determine who among them is a terrorist. Compassion is not a valid reason to take such risk with American lives. One of the reasons must be to assist his and Hillary's goal to eliminate the 2nd Amendment. Most of the mass killings are done, according to those doing the killing, in the name of Islam. Many of these people have no records to search, so no criminal history. They can buy guns with their welfare check and murder more people resulting in more calls for gun control, as each one does. What a great way to get enough public support to eliminate our evil guns.

The other is that statistics show that most immigrants vote Democratic, particularly the needy as they know most Democrats support mass immigration regardless of benefit or detriment, and providing all social programs, financial and educational. It's also the reason he refuses to limit the masses entering our southern border, again, few with any marketable skills. The rate of immigration is now greater than ever in our history. Is this best for America's future, allowing in as many as possible simply to create a massive Democrat voting base and prevent the other side from having power for generations, if ever? If we continually allow people from there to come here, eventually here becomes there, and why do you think they wanted to come here?
