Gaylon D. Guadarrama died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. She was 62 and worked in marketing.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel.
She is survived by her father, John (Anita) Guadarrama; husband, Curtis Smelser of Cedaredge; son, Curt Smelser II of Cedaredge; daughter, Natali Guadarrama-Plotner of Los Angeles; three brothers, John Guadarrama, Rick Guadarrama and Paul Guadarrama, all of the San Francisco Bay area; two sisters, Jill Guadarrama-Dana and Denis McCann, also of the Bay area; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
