The City of Delta is applying for a Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) grant to fund a master plan for the city's parks, trails and open space. If a $75,000 planning grant is awarded, it will be matched by $50,000 from the city's Conservation Trust Fund.
The plan will help establish priorities for the 2018 budget and is seen as an essential element for pursuing grant funds for future projects.
