Heather Albrecht died at her home in Delta Monday, Oct. 12, 2015. She was 39.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, Oct. 17, at First Assembly of God in Delta. Burial followed at Delta City Cemetery.
Heather Ann Shea was born in Delta Dec. 10, 1975, to Steve and Becky (Lucy) Shea. She spent her childhood in Delta and graduated from Delta High School in 1993. She received a bachelor of science degree in veterinary technology from Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs.
On Sept. 30, 2006, she married Hank Albrecht in Dubois, Wyo. They lived in Green River, Wyo., before moving back to Delta in August 2015.
Mrs. Albrecht was a floral designer at several flower shops in Colorado and Wyoming. She enjoyed raising rabbits and steers, showing her horse and sewing in 4-H, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Hank Albrecht; her son, Daniel Albrecht; her daughter, Lilly Al-
brecht; her parents, Steve and Becky Shea; her brother, Matt (Jackie) Shea; her paternal grandmother, Ozella Shea; her maternal grandparents, Don and Peg Lucy, all of Delta; and extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made at any Wells Fargo Bank to the Heather Albrecht fund to benefit her children's education.

Delta Volunteer Fire Department (DVFD) will be holding its annual fireworks show at Confluence Park on Wednesday, July 4, having received approval from Delta City Council at the council's June 5 meeting.
The DVFD has 28 volunteers and expects to have eight to 10 firefighters from Cedaredge join them this year.
