The square dancing will be hotter than a firecracker when the Delta Hubwheelers Square Dance Club hosts its Independence Day-theme dance, from 7-9 p.m., on Saturday night, July 1, in the aerobics room of the Bill Heddles Recreation Center, 531 N. Palmer Street in Delta. Dancers are encouraged to wear red, white and blue for America.

A regular square dance with no special theme is scheduled on Saturday night, July 15, at the same time and location. Both dances will be directed by Naaman Moorehouse of Grand Junction, regular club caller.

Dances are Mainstream with Plus tips. Round dances, if offered, are to recordings. Bring refreshments to share during the evening! For more information, call 856-4187 or 773-4495.
