This week's headlines

Delta County School District is seeking volunteers to participate in the interview of finalists for the superintendent of schools position. Participants must be available for a two-hour training session Tuesday, April 17, at 7 p.m., and the day of Saturday, April 21, for interviews.

Two committees will be selected by the Delta County Board of Education. Each committee will consist of 8-12 members.

Interested participants can find an application on the school district's website, www.deltaschools.com. Applications are due March 26.
