These die-hard Bronco fans arrived early to stand in line for two to three hours to receive a free Bronco clingy thingy from Denver’s 9News NBC affiliate. The Bronco clingy thingy, which is transparent and declares, “United In Orange Time to Ride,” was sponsored by 9news, King Soopers, Sports Authority and AutoNation. Thanks to an email campaign from Broncos supporters in Surface Creek and the request of City Market in Delta, 500 clingy thingies were shipped to the local store. Delta was one of only three towns on the Western Slope to receive the Bronco clingy thingies. Consequently, not only did Delta County fans come out Sunday, but also ones from Grand Junction, Montrose and Glenwood Springs. Check the 9News website for details on Western Slope availability this week. See more photos on the Delta County Independent’s Facebook page.
