Two weeks after announcing Dr. Jerre Doss would be asked to stay on as superintendent for the 2012-13 school year, school board members changed their minds. They came out of a two-hour executive session with school attorney Aaron Clay Monday morning to announce that Doss would not be offered a contract extension.
