Photo submitted Proceeds donated Natira Turner, owner of Petunia Beads in Delta, presented Lynn Shirk, Community Development Coordinator with Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado with a check last week for child and teen grief programs in Delta County. During the month of February, Turner dedicated 25 percent of her profits to the program. āIām so impressed with this community and its businesses, that they see the importance of our child and teen program in Delta County, and they choose to support us,ā Shirk said. Turner added she enjoyed supporting the program so much that she plans to do a similar fundraiser at her store in July.
