Photo submitted A sparkly night The City of Delta’s Recreation Department held its annual Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, Nov. 10. The gym at the rec center was filled with music and the dance floor was filled with daughters, dads and grandfathers. Robert Conley and his daughter Zion were crowned this year’s king and princess.
