Larrry Perkins (left) was recognized by the Rotary Club of Paonia on Feb.16 by Ulli Lange, president. Perkins is the newest Rotarian to become a Paul Harris Fellow. The Paul Harris Fellowship is an honor bestowed by The Rotary Foundation on those who have contributed over $1,000 to the foundation. The Rotary Foundation is the charitable arm of Rotary International. It funds most of Rotary’s larger international programs and it helps Rotary clubs fund many smaller ones.
