Bob and Arlene McGarvin were crowned king and queen during the Delta Elks’ annual Charity Ball. This was the first year the event was open to the public, and the first time a king and queen were recognized. Proceeds from the evening — which included dinner, dancing, a silent auction and a raffle — go to the Elks Charity Fund, which is distributed to the community through various programs.
