The City of Delta is hosting its annual Memorial Day brush drop-off for city residents. Brush, bagged leaves and tree limbs no larger than four inches in diameter can be dropped off at the Horse Country Arena, 201 Kellogg Street.
When J.B. Lopez joined the Army in September 1971, little could he have known what kind of race lay just ahead.
