This 376-page book explains pressure canning, water-bath canning, dehydration, pickling and freezing, and includes recipes for preserving vegetables, fruits and meats.
This is the same book used by Extension in our canning classes and the cost for all this is just $20. For a small fee, have it shipped to your home.
