WPS provides Colorado small businesses with comprehensive, no-cost consulting for drug-free workplace program development. WPS provides credible, evidence-based information, resources, and tools for creating and maintaining drug-free workplace polices and addressing workplace performance issues. Aveda Academy in Denver wrote: "Throughout our journey with EAP we have seen tremendous changes amongst our staff. Less absenteeism, more communication, and improved performance are some examples."
Services available are employee assistance program; policy development and consultation; supervisor training; stress management; effective communication; drug testing resources; and management consultation.
