Workplace Prevention Services expands to the Western Slope

Workplace Prevention Services (WPS) can help equip business leaders with the skills and confidence to address workplace performance issues, improve productivity, build resiliency in their employees, and contain costs.
WPS provides Colorado small businesses with comprehensive, no-cost consulting for drug-free workplace program development. WPS provides credible, evidence-based information, resources, and tools for creating and maintaining drug-free workplace polices and addressing workplace performance issues. Aveda Academy in Denver wrote: "Throughout our journey with EAP we have seen tremendous changes amongst our staff. Less absenteeism, more communication, and improved performance are some examples."
Services available are employee assistance program; policy development and consultation; supervisor training; stress management; effective communication; drug testing resources; and management consultation.
