A motorcycle crash on Trap Club Road north of Delta Sunday afternoon seriously injured one rider. Alicia Schoborg, 48, of Cory and a male companion on a separate motorcycle were reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed when Schoborg failed to negotiate a turn and went airborne.

Children of all ages enjoy story time at the Delta library.On Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m. the Delta County Library District will sponsor "Family Bike Days" throughout the county. This event was put together in order to promote the One Book 4 Colorado early literacy initiative, which provides a book to every 4-year-old in the state.
