Due to increased projections of attendance at Delta-Montrose Electric Association's annual meeting, the site of the event has been changed from the Hotchkiss Senior Center/Town Hall to Hotchkiss Memorial Hall at 175 N. 1st Street. Original projections, based on an average of previous years' attendance, put the number between 80 and 90 attendees.

The National Infectious Disease Forecast Center has issued a warning for Delta County due to an outbreak of whooping cough (pertussis) discovered among multiple children and adults in the same family.

The children were unvaccinated.
