Barry Kenimer, 41, of Montrose was issued a summons for third degree trespassing and harassment after he allegedly confronted a Colorado State Patrol trooper at the trooper's home near Cedaredge.

Delta County Sheriff Fred McKee reports Kenimer was angry because his vehicle had been red tagged.

Tish Oelke and Carl Jahn have been appointed to serve on the City of Delta Planning Commission.

Both previously served two terms, or six consecutive years on the planning commission, which normally would have excluded them from consideration — except there were no other applicants.
