Above is Atha’s Place on Orchard Street in Hotchkiss, a brick Victorian home built in 1902. Atha Ainsworth lived in the home for over 40 years. She used it as a boarding house while her husband drove freight wagons throughout the west. Today, it is a bed and breakfast.
