Does an organization you know do something special for our community?

Submit your nominations for the Kids' Pasta Project Building Bridges Service Award today.

Inspired by Martin Luther King's National Day of Service, the Kids' Pasta Project honors local community organizations through the KPP Building Bridges Service Award.

Community organizations that want to nominate themselves for the award or others who wish to nominate them should answer the following questions:

1. How is your organization strengthening our community?

2. In what ways does your organization work to empower individuals to serve their community?

3. How does your organization serve to build bridges between different people and groups in the community?

Kids Pasta Project volunteers will be invited to participate in the process of choosing the organization that will receive the award.

The award will be presented at the Kids' Pasta Project Dinner, Martin Luther King Jr. National Day of Service on Jan. 21 at Scenic Mesa Ranch.

First State Bank of Colorado has once again generously offered to co-sponsor this $500 award.

This has proven to be a very positive way for volunteers to learn about and celebrate our community.
