Photo by Kathy Browning New trustee Christopher Brown is sworn in as a Crawford trustee on Wednesday, April 6. Brown had previously served five years on the council. He resigned because he was a single parent. Now remarried, he feels he has the time to serve. He said he has integrity, loyalty and honesty, and will neither be afraid to back down or stand up for the community. Ralph E. Clark was a second candidate for trustee. He served eight years on the council in the 1980s. The trustees were in agreement that both were excellent candidates and tossed a coin to determine who would be appointed. Brown won the toss.
