Lilacs’ scent fills the air

A sure sign of spring is the lovely delicate scent of these purple beauties found on Garvin Mesa. Four days of rain last week have certainly turned the valley green.

The North Fork Pool, the only outdoor public pool in Delta County, opens for another season May 27th at 1 p.m. The pool is located in Hotchkiss near the Hotchkiss High School.
