Hotchkiss United Methodist offers new ways to worship

The Hotchkiss Community United Methodist Church is trying new technology and worship services to better meet the diverse spiritual needs of the community.

Pastor John Hiestand began using a projector and a portable screen for lyrics.

New book shed at the library

Friends of Paonia Library was running out of space to store their increasing donated stock of good used paperbacks, hardbacks, DVDs, audio books and other media. This week they had an additional "Books Too" shed built directly behind the first "Book Barn" next to the Paonia Library Community Room entrance.
