After the snow storm
Taking a Sunday drive to Somerset, just about an hour before the Bronco safety to start off the Super Bowl, the landscape on either side on Highway 133 showed the path of Friday’s snowstorm. Above is a hill near Bowie with just a dusting of snow on the west side of the highway. Across the highway, on the east, was lots of snow. By the way, groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and, according to legend, we will have six more weeks of winter. Thanks, Phil, we need the moisture, although we don’t know how you figure all that out for Colorado while you’re in Pennsylvania.
