The Law Enforcement Academy at Delta-Montrose Technical College recently received a grant from the NRA Foundation to purchase a gun safe to store equipment needed for academy skills training. The NRA Foundation has awarded thousands of grants since it began in 1990. The academy at DMTC is a Colorado POST approved training program. The 16-week program runs three times a year.
