These students were named to the Red Club at Hotchkiss K8 for showing a .5 grade improvement from one quarter to the next. From the sixth grade is Bryce Shelden; seventh graders are Jonathan Gonzalez, Keegan Simpson and Darrin Young; and eighth graders are Mario Espinoza, Ryan Hafley, Jamal Helm, Tyra Jaramillo, Wade Katzdorn, Bailey Manzanares, Triston Mautz, Raul Mendoza, Alex Tutor and Matt Williams.

A field trip of discovery

c03 fieldtrip1Photo submitted With the Colorado National Monument as their classroom, Cedaredge fourth graders participated in three ranger-led explorations to learn about dinosaurs and native cultures during an overnight field trip to Fruita.Fourth graders at Cedaredge Elementary have been busy this year.

In Mrs. Frost's reading class several students have earned a space on her Reading Log Exemplar bulletin board with advanced reading logs.

CMS wrestlers end a great season
