Shame on Delta litterbug

Dear Editor:

Shame on the lady in the white car that purposely placed her empty coffee cup on the light pole at the Delta City Market on Saturday, Sept. 8. Yes you know who you are and I hope you feel guilty for doing it.

The next time I catch you or anybody else purposely littering I will turn you in. I should have turned you in anyway but I threw away your trash for you. By the way, you are welcome. We have to live here and I for one don't want to live with your trash.
