Roberts, Penick, Raley: Intelligent leaders for Delta

Dear Editor:

As the Delta City Council election comes closer, we sincerely recommend Gerald Roberts, Ray Penick and Bill Raley. All these men have served our community with diligence and integrity.

As councilmen they have the maturity and objectivity to assess the city's needs with a long-term view.

Having lived here for nearly 40 years we have seen some elected who had personal axes to grind or personal agendas to promote! In these difficult times we need people who are committed to the total welfare of our city. We think Roberts, Penick and Raley bring the intelligent leadership needed.

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of this very important Delta city election.
