Photo by Hank Lohmeyer Angel Tree The annual Surface Creek Valley tradition of big hearts and holiday sharing, the Angel Tree, appeared on schedule at the Cedaredge Mercantile last week. The tree is decorated with suggestions for Christmas gifting to individual local children who need a brighter Christmas season. Families can also be “adopted” for Christmas.
