Colorado Parks and Wildlife is inviting western Colorado residents to a public presentation and discussion about the state of the Grand Mesa moose population, and the current status of the relocation project that brought them here, Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m., at the Northwest Region office in Grand Junction.

Based on the latest moose population estimates, wildlife managers say that the relocation project can be considered a great success.
