An agreement between the Town of Orchard City and the Coalby Domestic Water Company that would create the long- sought cross-connection between the two water providers has gone to Orchard City's attorney for review.

A domestic water cross-connection between the two Ward Creek Drainage water providers would be, in essence, an emergency backup source that would serve almost all of the Coalby's system customers.
