Tyler Neff chose Benjamin Franklin for his hero. Tyler told of Franklin’s life as a printer, inventor, scientist, statesman, and one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
Each of Mrs. Annie Griffin's three reading classes presented a program, themed "Hero Fair" on May 3 at Cedaredge Elementary School.
"All of the fifth graders have been studying about heroes," Griffin said. "In class they have learned the difference between being a celebrity and being a hero.
