A three-game basketball week ended with the Panthers winning just one of the three. Delta began the week with a visit to Palisade on Tuesday (Jan. 21) where the 4A WSL's second-place team got off to a great start on its way to a 47-33 win over Delta.
Delta (5-3, 7-7) hosted third-place Rifle (4-2, 7-3) on Friday and dropped its second straight 4A WSL contest 50-35.
The Panthers got back to their winning ways on Saturday with a 55-37 win over Battle Mountain in Edwards.
