Mr. Parham was born Dec. 30, 1959, in Durango, to Thomas and Frances (Martinez) Parham Sr. He graduated from Vandalia High School in 1978.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired in 1998 as a technical sergeant.

Mr. Parham enjoyed photography and serving his community.

He is survived by his father, Thomas Parham Sr. of Vandalia, Ill.; his mother, Frances Carpenter of Cedaredge; four brothers, Tommy Parham Jr. of Port Dover, Ontario, Canada, Matthew Parham of Grand Junction, Patrick Parham of Cedaredge, and David Parham of Eckert; two sisters, Cindy Dinwiddie of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Theresa Peterson of Austin.

A memorial service was held Oct. 4 at Cedaredge Assembly of God with Pastor Hillyer officiating.
