Mrs. Marschan was born May 26, 1922, to Daniel and Eloise Schmidke.
She married Robert Marschan on May 24, 1947, in Germany. They moved to Indiana and were dairy farmers. They moved to Greeley in June 1971 before moving to Granby and then to Cedaredge in 1989.
Mrs. Marschan was a film inspector for Kodak for several years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cedaredge. She enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Patty and Don Milholland of Cedaredge, Vicka and Randall Shepard of Austin, and Vera and Jimmy Denny of Paragon, Ind.; eight grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Marschan was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Marschan; two brothers; and five sisters.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cedaredge. Burial will follow at Cedaredge Cemetery.
