Lynn Mattingly explained different techniques used by various quilters at an event at the Hotchkiss-Crawford Historical Museum on Saturday, Jan 16. The program, which also featured fiber artist Katherine Colwell, coincided with the opening of the museum’s newest exhibit, “From the Ordinary to the Elegant: 1890 to 1956.” About 50 people attended the program.
