Cedaredge resident Judy Diane Rarick died at her home Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016. She was 62.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Rarick was born in Springfield, Mo., April 14, 1953, to Eugene and JoAnna (Denney) Buchanan. She spent her childhood in Missouri and graduated in Ava, Mo.
She lived in Cedaredge 14 years.
On Nov. 28, 1998, she married Rick Rarick in Delta.
Mrs. Rarick enjoyed animals, especially parrots and dogs, staying connected with friends through Facebook, and spending time with family.
She is survived by her mother, JoAnna (Kelly) Huff of Missouri; her husband, Rick Rarick; her son, Michael (Somer) Stout of Missouri; her daughter, Rayna Stout of Cedaredge; her brothers, Jerry (Rhonda) Buchanan and David (Michele) Stout; and a sister, Linda (Bill) Kelley, all of Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her father and two infant daughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cedaredge animal shelter.

On Tuesday, Sept. 11, the Delta County Board of Commissioners called a special meeting to consider the board's response to the Bureau of Land Management's preliminary Environmental Assessment (EA) concerning the lease parcels proposed for the December BLM sale.
