Kenneth Bjork of Austin died Nov. 19, 2016, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction. He was 73.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Kenneth A. Bjork was born in Denver Dec. 11, 1942, to Orval and Dorothy (Smith) Bjork. He spent his childhood in south Denver and graduated from South Denver High School.

On Oct. 23, 1964, he married Linda Fritz in Denver. They lived in Denver until they retired and moved to Austin in 2005.

He enjoyed working on computers and woodworking. He was an avid Bronco fan.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Bjork of Austin; two sons, Keith Bjork of Sidney, Mont., and Russ Bjork of Lakewood; one brother, Bob (Sandy) Bjork of Chestertown, Md.; six grandchildren, Bryan (Melinda) Lankston of Casper, Wyo., Ashley and MaKenzie Bjork of Sidney, Mont., Connor Bjork of Pagosa Springs, and Evan and Payton Bjork of Lakewood.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Carlson.
