Kevin Craig Richards of Delta died Nov. 18, 2017, at his home. He was 52.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, at the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Delta. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 24, at the same church. Interment will follow at Pea Green Cemetery.
Mr. Richards was born May 26, 1965, to Lula Mae (Harp) and Bobby Richards in Oklahoma City, Okla. He spent his childhood in Oklahoma City and graduated from Douglas High School in 1983.
On March 13, 1993, he married Diana Jones in Oklahoma City. They moved to Delta in October 1996.
Mr. Richards was a member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn and was baptized in Oklahoma City in September 1988.
He enjoyed fishing, family, visiting, making friends and being with his brethren.
Mr. Richards is survived by his wife, Diana; sons, Dakoda and Taylor; daughters, Megan and Haylee, all of Delta; father, Bob (Jo) Richards of Tuttle, Okla.; brothers, Clifford (Leora) Cole of Oklahoma City, Wayne (Barbara) Cole of Moore, Okla., and Kyle Richards of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law, Rhonda Jones; and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula; stepmother, Judy Richards; sister, Margaret Stanford; twin brother, Gregory; sons, David, Daniel and Garrett; father-in-law, LeRoy Jones; mother-in-law, Carolyn Jones; and brother-in-law, Rodney Jones.
